Cancellation Policy
Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Marketing Clarity Audit. Appointments are not held or confirmed without payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled call. You may reschedule one time within that window. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled call and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your scheduled call, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect both schedules. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show. Scope of the Audit: The Marketing Clarity Audit is a strategic consultation designed to provide clarity and recommendations. It does not include hands-on implementation, design work, or follow-up support unless otherwise agreed upon. Recommendations: Any recommendations for additional services, including brand foundations or ongoing fractional marketing support, are made at the conclusion of the audit based on business needs.
